I am in a woman’s bible study that meets every Wednesday morning in the home of our gracious host Stephanie price. These ladies have been my friends, sisters, mentors, encouragers and faithful prayer warriors for many years!! God has provided the place, open hearts and devoted Jesus girls! I lost my mom 10 years ago and theses ladies have helped me through so much by their godly examples. I don’t know what I would have done without them! Most of us attend the grace brethren church in Worthington Ohio. Thanks for you website and all your time spent encouraging us to stick to gods word! Many blessings to you! Jennifer

Since I’m in college, my small Bible study group changes every year! A college student myself, this will be my second year helping to lead a Bible study at Capital University. The Bible study is through Campus Crusade for Christ, also known simply as “Cru.” We will meet somewhere on campus or in someone’s apartment or dorm. There is a very good chance my Bible study will be all girls, but if I am asked to make it co-ed, I will gladly donate this Bible study guide to another all-girls Bible study group at my school. I have heard a lot about the book Captivating, and I think it would be a great learning tool for my group, but all of them look awesome! I am looking for Bible studies that will be most meaningful to college student women. Although my Bible study is not through a church, my home church is Good Shepherd Lutheran in Kettering, Ohio, and when I’m at school I attend Jacob’s Porch in Columbus, Ohio. Thanks so much!

These all sound SO good! I actually have two Bible study groups – one a “traditional” study at Good News Baptist Church in Grand Rapids (past couple years we’ve done Juanita Purcell studies – VERY good!), and I have a group of prayer sisters (four of us total – all at different churches) who meet together a couple times a month during the school year and share our burdens – and last winter, we did “The Life-Ready Woman” video study as a group. It was WONDERFUL!

Just started one in my home during the day with mommas like me who homeschool. I wanted to meet others in the area who homeschool, are like minded, and have kids my kids could meet. I thought this was the perfect idea to do that. We don’t all go to the same church but my church is Oak Grove Bible Church.

Hi. I am starting a small group of college-aged girls this fall with my church. I have been thinking about what study God would have me to do. I want something that meets the needs and answers the questions that we college-aged girls have. It can be a hard time in life where lots of people are searching for answers and I want to create an atmosphere in this small group Bible study where long-time Christians can come as well as there friends who don’t know Christ. I would love to be able to use the Stuck DVD-based series. I feel this will meet the girls right where they are at, will apply to a broad group of people in many different places in their Christian walk and life and the format looks great. Thanks!

My name is Lauren Neal, I have been lieading a women’s study group since January of this year. We are a book-based Bible study and are just finishing up a study on Women in the Bible called After the Apple, by Naomi Rosenblatt. We meet every Thursday night at the home of one of our ladies. We have about 10 ladies who currently meet with us, and we pick up a couple more with each new book. We’re starting a new book in August on families in the Old Testament.

Our church is Sharp Memorial United Methodist and we worship in the beautiful mountains of Young Harris, GA.
