Lori's daily mantra includes praying, "I will take it Lord, ALL you have to give," and a commitment to live out Colossians 3:17 daily. It's her prayer that the energy that fills her spirit be with her till her dying breath! She lives in the Deep South with her husband of 21 years and her 3 children, where she seeks daily to be creative and use the gifts the Lord has given her. Great idea! My grandkids and I shared gifts with children overseas through Samaritans Purse and their Christmas gift boxes. Through the year we’ve been blessed to support them and World Vision – both wonderful ministries that share the light of Jesus all around the world! Truly a joy all year round. Have a blessed and beautiful week!

Great idea! I don’t really spend that much on Christmas. Every year we prepare gifts for 300 inmates in a local jail and hold a party there. We are able to do that because many in our community donate goods and money. The first year I thought this will be impossible, but God is the God of the impossible and He always makes a way!

ahhh my favorite charity to post about! I think I’ve posted about them for the past 5 years on my blog! They are amazing aren’t they? So much to learn from them!
This year I involved the kids and we cleaned out our toys and warm clothes for the local inner city kids – we managed to donate a lot of jackets and gifts for them! It was a very humbling experience!
