Live in Harmony

Is there a more appropriate Easter message?

What beautiful words from a man who was, as we are, trying the best he could to walk the Jesus walk.

Be encouraged today!!

Welcome to WFW!

There are very few rules, in fact the beauty of this ministry is the creative expression that God reveals Himself through. We marvel at the creativity that participants post with this meme. We encourage the  “post behind the picture,” or the reflections that many of the participants share. We ask that participants use Biblical references only. It is a celebration of the Word and how He creatively manifests it in each of us.

We encourage YOU to join myself and some other wonderful ladies as we share by signing into to the Link below! Dive in!

Lori's daily mantra includes praying, "I will take it Lord, ALL you have to give," and a commitment to live out Colossians 3:17 daily. It's her prayer that the energy that fills her spirit be with her till her dying breath! She lives in the Deep South with her husband of 21 years and her 3 children, where she seeks daily to be creative and use the gifts the Lord has given her. With the heart of an artist and a spirit to live intentionally missional, Lori strives daily to see Him in all that surrounds her. Encouraging women on their daily walk with the Lord is her passion! She attends Vintage 242 church where she is active in women's and children's ministries. Lori can be found at her own personal website, "All You Have to Give." http://www.allyouhavetogive.com

    Blessings Internet Cafe…Lori and Stephanie,

    So much to live up to here to blossom and grow in Christ:

    Live in HARMONY +

    BE SYMPATHETIC +

    Love as brothers/sisters +

    Be COMPASSIONATE and HUMBLE!!!

    Indeed a great Easter message of encouragement. And a good checklist for the day. Whatever this version is… I like the simplicity but in depth way to walk. But I checked it out in the Message and would like to share that version:

    “Summing up: Be agreeable, be sympathetic, be loving, be compassionate, be humble. That goes for all of you, no exceptions. No retaliation. No sharp-tongued sarcasm. Instead, bless—that’s your job, to bless. You’ll be a blessing and also get a blessing.”

    Whoever wants to embrace life
    and see the day fill up with good,
    Here’s what you do:
    Say nothing evil or hurtful;
    Snub evil and cultivate good;
    run after peace for all you’re worth.
    God looks on all this with approval,
    listening and responding well to what he’s asked;
    But he turns his back
    on those who do evil things. ~ The Message, 1 Peter 3:8-12

    CONCLUSION: BLESS! Be a blessing and you will receive a blessing. I’m always blessed on Word Filled Weds. So… thank you for the blessing, come and get some over at Amazing Grace ~ I’m back.

    Peace and love,
    Peggy

    HOW CUTE! I have these encouraging Bible verses hanging in my bathroom! I’ll have to show this to my grandkids as well. Thank you for the lovely reminder from the Word of God to start my day- and especially good after a bad night of too little sleep due to too many storm warnings :) God’s timing is always so perfect.
