Lace Em’ Up!

Whether you realize it or not, you are a runner, a marathon runner at that. You’re in the race of a lifetime!

It’s time to lace up those shoes, grab the oxygen if you must, but by all means get to the starting blocks…

Oh, it’s a long race. It’s got potholes and pit stops, but it’s one we’ll run together with perserverance. It’s the race marked out for each of us.

You’d better stretch. Races like these require endurance and prayer, but the finish line will be unimaginable.

Lace em’ up!

Welcome to WFW!

There are very few rules, in fact the beauty of this ministry is the creative expression that God reveals Himself thorough. We marvel at the creativity that participants post with this meme. We encourage the ” post behind the picture,” or the reflections that many of the participants share. We ask that non-biblical resources not be used.

WFW is not about books, authors, artists.. it’s about God and HIS WORD ONLY. WFW is about celebrating the gift of creativity through God’s Word.

Lord, Let me RUN this race… the way You would want me to… with endurance and perseverance that only comes from You! Let me not run from You but to You! Let me run not in my own strength and purpose but in Your strength,Your will and your purpose to bring You the glory. May my sweet sister Lori be blessed in her daily race and laced her strings with all Your magnificent grace and perseverance to press on! Thank You for her creative expression of Your Word in Hebrews. May the shoe fit daily! May our eyes be on the finish line with the victory You have won!!! Praise and thanks on this kick to run a good race and to lace ‘em up… so we don’t trip or fall so much anymore… Unimaginable!!! and so adorable… the shoe of the gospel of peace You shod on us this day… Glory hallelujah… I see the finish line…

Really great graphics! I like this particular translation of the verse and what stands out to me today is that the road is MARKED OUT for us. He has planned our path for us, lovingly… sovereignly. Our part, is to just keep running!
I needed to read this today! Thank you :0)

Bless you for your creativity and your commitment to the path He’s marked out for us here…

Great picture and verse. This is the ultimate race of our life. The run is well worth the endurance.

Ditto to Peggy’s Prayer! Today I just want to kick off my shoes, wrap myself in a warm blanket and close my eyes – but I need to push on!
