Delight in the Lord

Don’t forget to leave a comment HERE to be eligible to win some awesome gifts to help you “fall into Jesus” this season!

This week we are blessed to have Stephanie Ackerman, of Homegrown Hospitality, our newest addition to WFW. She is indeed our resident “doodler!” She is  blessing us as a Word Filled Wednesday gal. Her doodles are inspiring and she is blessed with the gift of creativity! If you want to download a “blank” of this verse, as part of your own Scripture memorization journey, you can do so HERE. You’ll also find it on the Navigation bar at the top of the site.

There are very few rules, in fact the beauty of this ministry is the creative expression that God reveals Himself thorough.  We marvel at the creativity that participants post with this meme. We encourage the ” post behind the picture,” or the reflections that many of the participants share. We ask that  non-biblical resources not be used.

WFW is not about books, authors, artists.. it’s about God and HIS WORD ONLY. WFW is about celebrating the gift of creativity through God’s Word.

Love the graphic, and of course, what it says. Interestingly enough, I wrote on the Lord being delighted in us. We have both ends of the delight spectrum this week at WFW.

    Blessings,
    Janis

What a great doodle, indeed! This is one of my favorite verses because it holds true. If we delight in Him, He does delight in us back and blesses us. He is good!

  14. Hi, Thanks so much for this wonderfully encouraging verse picture from the Word of God. It’s one of my favorite Bible verses for myself as well as for the children in my life. In fact, I am printing out several for Bible memory verses activities for grandparents and grandchildren with my grandkids this week! Thank you. :)
